Booking requests: first and last name, email, phone number (optional), the villa, dates and number of guests.
Enquiry forms: whatever you type into the form, such as your name, email and message.
Website use: anonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics, which uses cookies and your approximate location and device information.
To reply to your enquiry, to review and confirm your booking request, to send you messages about that booking, and to understand how the website is used. We do not add you to a marketing list because you sent a booking request.
We use these services to run the website and bookings: Guesty (our booking system, which stores booking requests), Resend (sends enquiry-form emails to us), Vercel (website hosting), Google Analytics (usage statistics) and Adobe Fonts (loads some of the site fonts). They process data for us under their own privacy terms. We do not sell your information.
We keep your details for as long as needed to handle your booking or enquiry and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@stellabeachvilla.com. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
