These terms apply to bookings requested through stellabeachvilla.com for Stella Beach Villas in Madiha, Sri Lanka. If anything here is unclear, write to info@stellabeachvilla.com before you book.
You choose a villa, your dates and the number of guests, and see the price for your stay. When you press "Request to book" you send us a booking request. A request is not a confirmed booking. You pay nothing when you send it.
We check availability and reply by email. Your booking is confirmed when we confirm it to you in writing and you have completed the payment described in that message.
Prices are shown in US dollars for the whole stay and are the price at the time you check it. Any fees or taxes that apply are shown in the price summary before you send your request. The price we confirm by email is the price you pay.
Each villa has a minimum number of nights, currently 3, shown when you check your dates. The number of guests must not exceed the capacity of the villa you book.
Payment details, the payment schedule and any deposit are sent to you by email when we confirm your booking. We do not take payment on the website.
To change or cancel a booking, write to info@stellabeachvilla.com. The cancellation conditions that apply to your booking are stated in your confirmation email.
